For this project I was tasked with creating all the artwork for the Calendar section stories centered around Latino in Hollywood and LA's film culture and history. As a lifelong Angeleno, it was one of the biggest thrills of my professional career to see my work on the front page of the Sunday Los Angeles Times. Worked with LA Times Art Director, Martina Ibáñez-Baldor on these illustrations. All in all, I created 10 illustrations, 5 of which were animated for online, 4 of which made it in the final print package and 6 social media illustrations.
